Hacked site fixed, really fast!

last week my wordpress site got hacked bad. i found WP Buffs and used their emergency WordPress support. they cleaned it up in just a few hours. 100% worth it.

Definitely worth it for agencies!

I was looking into different options for white-label WordPress maintenance services for my agency clients. After comparing WP Buffs with others like GoWP and Maintainn, their offerings really stood out. I specifically needed reliable plugin updates and malware removal for my clients' sites, and WP Buffs handles all of that. We locked in an annual plan and the discount for committing to that was really solid, saving us 20% on the total. The checkout process was straightforward, just entered the code on their secure billing page. It’s been a huge help taking that off our plate.

Good deal, solid service overall

Got a great deal signing up for WP Buffs annual plan – saved me about 20% compared to monthly. I was specifically interested in their database optimization service and a technical SEO audit for my site, and they delivered. The process for applying the discount code on their secure billing page was straightforward, no issues there. Everything ran pretty smoothly, although I did have to follow up once on a support ticket that seemed to get overlooked for a day. Overall, their team is responsive and knows their stuff.

Great support for my store

Last month, I was checking out various WooCommerce support options and found WP Buffs. I was a bit worried about the price at first, but committing to the annual plan saved me around 15%, which was a solid deal. They've been great with mobile optimization too, making sure my site looks good on every device.

Comprehensive WordPress maintenance

I signed up for their WordPress maintenance service a few weeks ago for my business site. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. After signing up, I received an email confirming my service details, and they were pretty quick getting my site onboarded. They handled the initial security updates and plugin updates promptly. I even used their support once for a small issue with a theme update, and their team responded within an hour, guiding me through the fix. The weekly reports are informative too, showing backups and uptime. It feels like a reliable service.

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a good deal on WordPress maintenance and found WP Buffs. I opted for the annual plan and saved some money upfront, which was great. The 24/7 support has been helpful, felt like a solid investment for the price.

Solid service, minor communication hiccup

Overall, my experience with WP Buffs for ongoing WordPress maintenance has been positive. The 24/7 support is definitely a strong point, and they've handled plugin and theme updates without a hitch. I specifically chose them for the security updates and daily cloud backups, which have been consistently managed. The only minor improvement I'd suggest is sometimes the initial response time for non-urgent queries could be a little faster, though critical issues are always handled quickly. Value for money seems fair given the comprehensive services offered.

So happy with the service!

Oh my goodness, I am so happy I found WP Buffs! My website was always giving me headaches, but now it's running so smoothly. Their emergency WordPress support saved me once when my site went down, they fixed it super fast. I just love their uptime monitoring too, it gives me so much peace of mind. I'm telling all my friends who have websites about them. Seriously, you won't regret it!
